Job Summary
The Key Account Strategist is the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Through frequent and proactive phone contact with customers the Key Account Strategist will report on campaign performance and make recommendations on their digital marketing strategy with focus on growing the business. The Key Account Strategist will also provide proactive suggestions and education on L2T’s products and how they align with the client’s business objectives. The Key Account Strategist will have a strong understanding of L2T’s suite of products and industry knowledge to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with L2Tmedia’ clients, with the goal of growing and retaining the customer.
- Be the liaison between the client and the internal product delivery teams to make account changes and ensure monthly updates are completed.
- Identify decreases in customer KPI’s and proactively alert product delivery team to help customers achieve their business goals.
- Manage a large client load with extreme attention to detail.
- Be proactive in identifying and organizing new opportunities to ensure L2TMedia is always moving forward.
- Ability to communicate the value of L2TMedia products & features to the dealer to grow and retain revenue.
- Understand L2TMedia benchmarks and how they related to campaign results and customer business needs as reflected in the L2TMedia Playbook and action plans.
- Ability to identify an upsell (or cross-sell) opportunity, present, pitch and close. Meet or exceed monthly upsell quota, and monthly retention goal.
- Maintain a monthly opportunity pipeline of 15 (or more).
- Conduct a monthly review with each customer to review campaign results and show customer overall value.
- Communicate mid-month account progress and suggestions to each customer.
- Understand competitive landscape to overcome customer objections, appropriately communicate the value of L2TMedia, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Education Requirement
- BA/BS in job field concentration or with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- CRM experience/ Salesforce Experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Digital Media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ad, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics).
- Ability to translate technical aspects to customer facing business language.
- Proven track record of flawless execution, attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Keeping up with industry trends (read monthly automotive and digital related publications).
- Ability to translate technical aspects to customer facing business language.
- Ability to analyze results, find areas of opportunity, develop recommendations and present to customers on a monthly basis.

- Ability to prepare and present customer facing presentations that can used both internally and externally.
- Ensure highest level of customer focus by putting the customer needs first and making their needs a top priority.
- Ability to cross-sell products that make business sense for the client and L2TMedia.
- People mentoring; helping to train and mentor new hires.
- Relevant collegiate exposure.
- Willingness to travel approximately once per quarter required.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience in communication/ business. Digital media/ automotive industry (preferred).
- Sales experience preferred.
